Mary Lach Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Lach, CPA (inactive), has been the contract CFO at Closys since its inception. She also works with other medical device development companies. She has been responsible for finance and operations at several start-up companies and two publicly-held companies- Chronimed, Inc. (1987 to 1995) and Teledigital, Inc. (2003 to 2005). She began her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1974 and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
